Before you do that, know that there’s a secret passage along the moving pillars leading to a Power Moon. Then use another Bullet Bill to quickly rocket across the gap and dodge the pillars to get to the other side. In this new area, lead a Bullet Bill over and capture him - and smash into the lone block along the wall to find some extra hearts. Once out of the 8-bit mural, Bullet Bills will follow you out, and you can now capture them to send them crashing into the breakable wall to reach the other side. Get to the end and look for a pipe to send you up - and note a broken slab on the wall leads to a secret area with a Power Moon.īack inside, it looks like the only way to go is right, but if you hug the left wall you can jump up to reveal hidden blocks that let you jump to the top and score some Sand Kingdom Purple Coins on the ceiling. Once outside, continue moving along the walls and be careful that the camera angle doesn’t trick you into hitting a Goomba. You’ll need to be quick and sprint across as soon as you can get past the bullets, or risk getting hit before you can reach the other side - but remember you can duck (hold up) to let the bullets pass by you. Use this to get up and over the initial wall, but watch that avoiding bullet bills doesn’t put you on the wrong side of gravity.Īs you continue, jump between sections to avoid the walls of Bullet Bills, until you come to a massive gap. Jump into the red area, and you’ll stick to the ceiling, while blue will put you on the floor. Like something out of Mario Galaxy, the walls here are lined with color-coded gravity. Collect the coins and then head into the 8-bit mural on the wall. Luckily, there’s a Bullet Bill launcher close by you can capture to fly across to the other side. The inside of the pyramid is large and open, with a giant pit seperating the way ahead.
There’s a lot to explore on the way over, including a frozen car with a bewildered human, more inhabitants of Tostarena, and other secrets - but ignore those for now and keep moving forward until you reach the tip of the inverted pyramid and head inside.
